This piece is crafted from solid wood and the clock face is decorated with a painting of sailboats racing past a lighthouse. This beautiful ship wheel clock measures approximately 17" in diameter from the tips of the handles and features a quartz roman numeral clock in the center that measures about 8" in diameter. The ship's wheel is used to turn the rudder of the ship and change its angle, which will also effectively, turn the boat in another direction. It runs on 1 AA battery (not included).
