Q: Can I use this item for practical use?
    A: Generally, our items are for display and decor purposes only unless otherwise stated. While many of our medieval collections can be worn as costumes, please consult an SCA, LARP, or other battle reenactment marshal before using.

Q: Can I place a wholesale order?
    A: Yes. Please select the items and quantities you are interested in and contact us with a full shipping address and telephone number so arrangements can be made.

Q: How can I pay for my items?
    A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards, money orders, and Paypal. Please do not send personal or business checks or bank wire transfers.

Q: Is there a discount on shipping if I purchase more than one item?
    A: Yes. On many items we offer a shipping discount when more than one item is purchased. This discount will be automatically calculated at checkout. Some items are ineligible for the shipping discount due to size, shape, or weight and ineligibility will be stated in the item's description.

Q: Should I buy insurance?
    A: We strongly recommend insurance for all items. We will not be held responsible for an uninsured item that is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping.

Q: Can I track my item during shipping?
    A: Of course. Our customers are emailed a tracking number when the item is shipped.

Q: Can I return my purchased item?
