This nautical telescope is designed for display, although it does have a 32x magnification under certain conditions. It includes a tripod that can extend to about 60" in height. The scope is removable from the stand. This brass telescope is about 40" in total length. The lens cap is attached by a decorative chain.
This telescope is modeled after the old style telescopes pirate and early explorers used. Although this item does function it is not a high quality telescope.
