This cup is a Negel Vasser/ Netilat Yadayim, a Judaic hand washing chalice with engraved lettering. It reads, "Netilat Yadayim," which is Hebrew for raising the hands. This spectacular hand washing cup has an approximate 5.5" diameter at the rim and is about 5" tall. It is chrome plated for a beautiful, shining finish.
